Nike Animashaun is a piece of work, as Permanent Secretary she relishes frustrating young entrepreneurs, is an arrogant charlatan, constantly killing promising projects. Every professional who has dealt with her can testify to this. To her commissioner, she is openly hostile disrespectful and constantly sabotaging his work. To her subordinates she derides them, ridicules and frustrates them, her only claim to fame is sleeping her way to her PS job while being married.
