Instagram apologizes to girl with period pic, re-instates the photo

Instagram did not only apologize to Indian student Rupi Kaur for taking down her photo (left), they called it an accident and re-instated it. (If you don't know what this is about, read previous story here)

See Rupi's response to her photo being restored after the cut. I'm sorry, but I'd rather see a woman in a bikini than a woman menstruating...but to each his own and I'm glad instagram put it back up...

      I read the girls comment and I saw a strong argument that would win that case any day. This lady is an embodiment of morality and intellect. All women should be proud of her. Not for her pictures, but for her courage in fighting for what she believes to be right.

      Some of the women here were quick to attack her post calling it gross. Yet most of you glorify Maheeda, Amber Rose, Kim K, etc, who daily release obnoxious rape inviting images on social media. Yet a fully clothed woman with a drop of menstraul blood is gross for you. You all should be ashamed of yourselves and the decadence of morality all over the world you encourage and even promote. The first days of my period I go about with 6 extra sanitary plus undeis just for the day. I run-in and out-of the toilet every 3hours so I don't get stained.       Very well stated! Linda won't see anything wrong with nudity and graphic pictures of disasters or incidents which show blood or even dead victims. But this is an issue for her.
