Project Fame winner Geoffrey releases new single + viral dance video

You definitely must have all heard about the super-talented singer and all-round entertainer, Geoffrey Oji, who stole the hearts of Nigerians in MTN Project Fame Season 7.0, with his week in week out, breath-taking performances. Winning the competition didn't come easy for the young lad who had a very humble beginning, having auditioned 7 times before finally making it into the show.

Getting on Project Fame, Geoffrey was like a ‘bomb’ just waiting to be detonated. His humble and sincere personality endeared him to the viewers of the show, as well as the faculty and judges, and before long, Geoffrey became a major force to be reckoned with.

After Geoffrey won, he became the flagship artiste, in an Ultima/960 Music Group partnership formed for the promotion of talents produced on the show. According to 960 Music Group CEO, Mark Redguard –“Geoffrey has been keeping busy making ‘Hits’ with Mastercraft, Rundatraxx, Password, and Chidinma for his upcoming album; while refining his Live stage performance on platforms like Industry Nite, Loud n Proud, Enigma, Freedom Hall, Afropolitan Vibes, along with Lagos radio promotions, coupled with filming a behind the scenes making of Geoffrey’s music brand - affording viewers a rare opportunity to experience the creativity and planning that goes into developing an International artiste music brand”.

Ultima Productions/960 Music is proud to present Geoffrey's debut single, "Bursting My Brain" produced by multi-talented singer and songwriter, Password.

  13. Was in a meeting one day and the marketing lead talked about producing a viral video. How on earth is it possible to produce or launch a viral video? You launch a video and then it could go viral after its release. Nigerian marketing execs na wah o!

  26. Anonymous @6:26, God bless you. Anonymous @8.26 easy... a video is a video but in Nigeria we tend to append viral to 'sharply' done videos i.e. dance instructional videos, low budget videos etc. The term viral is if a video of such status above gets about 5 million views in a 3-7 day period. However, let's not use that yard stick to define viral, say, 500, 000 in a week.

Didn't listen to know if the music is great but please, another 'burst' and 'brain' title and concept.

  28. He tried but I feel Geoffrey can do so much better. This song is not extraordinary. It's what we expect from a typical Nigerian artist. Geoffrey abeg, be extraordinary. The only thing you have to do is a little extra.
