    oga o...see ppl celebrating a chapel built by a governor with tax payers money.... it is a good idea to build a chapel but whether it should be celebrated is another question. We really need to ask how this Chapel in government house will affect the lives of common citizens on the street. Also he should be judged in the context of other projects he has done. If he has done well in other area and this I just an icing on the cake then no problem but if not, it is a misplaced priority. Anyhow sha. . It is only in my country that you celebrate a governor for doing his job.
