    Seriously, as far as some of the comments go. Just look, they can't even speak English properly - "dem, da, gud" ?
    This is obviously a form of a girdle and no different then a padded bra or makeup. It gives you the look of you actually caring about yourself as those of us that really do go to the gym. Without doing any of the real work.
    Here is an aspect one needs to think about - with constant use, it's by no means unreasonable to expect it to have a shaping effect on your body. Foot binding is a proven example of - with time, it will have an effect.
    So ignore the ghetto grade school dropouts and use your common sense.

      My daughter wears one of these and it has totally worked on her. If you seen Kim Kardashian in hers, My daughter's body now resembles that exact picture. It does work, and helps with posture. Because it's very difficult to sit or stand any other way but proper in this trainer. My kiddo looks great !
