The tyre on the first pic is rough and that of the second pic is smooth. The right hand sleeve of her top has pink and ash lines but on the second pic it's all ash.
some people just think any workout is okay, No! atleast not for ladies. Some will only give you muscles like men. get advise from Trainer or check youtube tutorials.
