Reportam.com.ng launches mobile app on Google Play

Reportam.com.ng has finally launched its mobile app on google play tagged “The only app that prompts you to report good and bad services in Nigeria”

Reportam Mobile App provides a fast and easy way for consumers to view and report good and bad customer services in Nigeria. It also enable usersto attach pictures, videos or other documents related to the report.

The unique feature of this app is that it automatically prompts users to report good or bad service experiences after calling company numbers on their phone. For this to work, users will need to have the app installed on their phone and signed in.

Currently, the system is loaded with numbers of all banks, telecoms operators and leading retail stores while its database is being updated. This means that you will be prompted to report a good or bad serviceexperience after calling any of these companies.

  7. Hmmmm! Nice one. At least this can help upgrade the quality of customer service experience in Nigeria, as companies will be more on their toes, that their name may not be marred / listed as bad. LOL! We need it here abeg. Phew!

  9. I hope dis app helps the common Nigeria dat goes 2 a bank 2 pay in a few thousands only 2 get an abusive gesture frm the teller attendant. I also hope dis hlps that man/woman who wants 2 mak sum Inquiries frm the customer care attendant only 2 be snubed bcos he/she is nt a regular! I hope it hlps us all

  26. Nice concept. This is an opportunity for customers' voices to be heard. It's a movement against bad customer relationship, join it!! Rome wasn't built in aday, Linda wasn't made in a month. It's a matter of time, effects of this will be seen positively!!
