Biu town in Borno state under attack by Boko Haram
Biu town in Borno state is reportedly currently under attack by members of Boko
Haram. Youths and military officers are said to be
engaging members of the terror group. Details later...
These guys need to be contained fast. By the time they have no single person in the north, they would move to the south. They have 1 aim which is to turn Nigeria into an Islamic state. But God won't allow that. Still our government needs to get to work.

Its not under attack, the insurgents attempted to attack the town buh the attack wass repeled by the miitary, an eye witness and a resident was interviewed on radio this morning

I won't vote for Mr Jonathan sincerely, He's incompetence & couldn't do anything about security. I always weep for northerner cos of these terror attack. It's painful disaster

Thank God for the information that the attack has been successfully repelled by the military and the town is now under the control of our soldiers. This is as per a radio station that interviewed somebody from Biu on a live programme this morning @ about 9.20am. Please intensify your efforts to flush them out completely out of this country. May God help us. Toks
Yep that's true, heard one of the residents of the area on the radio, he says the situation is under control now. He didn't say anything about casualties though.
I sincerely wished we were still under colony, politicians looting money at large, even killing themselves just to get to d sit n BH r doing deir deeds so freely, High time we let em Americans intervene...

Boko haram attack is likely to continue on daily basis till the presidential election. It is no longer news to me. God please take control of our country Nigeria.
