"insanity" "mental disorders" are not issues to be joked about.Most times the people who suffer from mental disorders are some of the brilliant minds in our society. These are people that would have contributed immensely to the growth and development of our society in their various capacities. I think this is an issue the government has to look into. Charity should not end at the motherless babies home, while its all good it should also be extended to those who are roaming the streets.
