Photo: Another lost officer

This is the photo of late captain Sani Daura Salisu who was killed recently near Hong in Adamawa state by a suicide bomber. His death like many others, was never reported and that is why I do these post, so we all know how they put their own lives at risk in defense of Nigeria. May his soul and that of others rest in peace. Amen.

  9. Heroes of Nigeria who died while fighting for the peace of this country are suppose to be given awards. But instead.. forgotten. May their soul rest in peace. My condolence goes to the family of this soldier.

  10. The present day Nigeria can now be likened to the "state of nature" where the life of man is solitary, poor, nasty, brutish and short. Alas! May his gentle soul rest in bliss.

  24. Nigerian army should go through a thorough reform. Post the names of serving soldiers in the fight against insurgency and those who lost their lives. This is honourable.

  29. Imagine, another fallen hero? Does Nigeria really worth dying for? What a pity the country they are putting their lives at stake to rescue didn't even recognise them.

All we are hearing is 2nd term campaign while the compatriots are dying.

    Lord have mercy

    1. God bless you ibk. That guy is absolutely clueless. Its so sad that he wants to be re -elected. Where is his conscience for Christ sake? Fine, let's all assume he inherited BH..but can he manage it? He his busy getting high on "Apeteshi and Asiama" 247 at the villa. A sane leader would step down so that another person can try or even succeed to eradicate this menace. I really don't take sides when it comes to politics, I like to look at things objectively, but this time I'm coming out to voice my loudest to people who care to listen. Pls let's vote PDP out of the villa..the future of our country and even neighbors depends on our choice.. Now its not a GMB wish, or whatever.. Its about change folks.. When people get to know I'm from Nigeria..they be like..oh...boko haram..those who don't even know where Nigeria is on the map ,know we have an internal terrorist problem.. In the states here sef, some producers don use our case act for TV..eg "scandal" a particular episode was dedicated to the chibok girls. Its so sad my friends..I was happy when Mr Jonathan came on board..it gave some of us hope that we can get to the height of our aspirations, but truth be told, the job is tooooooo much for the dude. #OBA

  57. Linda, please continue to publish the names of our fallen heroes, so that we the Nigerian public can honour them in having made the ultimate sacrifice in the defence of their country, and offer some limited consolation to the loved ones that they have left behind. RIP Braveheart. Your sacrifice will be both honoured and remembered! - Obster
