  13. Linda please o, it's normal practice to share out money to almajiri's on Friday. Everyone that can afford it does it, not just public officials. Muslims don't pay tithe, so it's the least we can do on Fridays.

  46. Rubbish, they should protect their states and provide basic amenities. Hausa and sharing money to alamajiris is what kept this country in this state. Provide good schools and don't share money fool.

    ReplyDelete
  47. This is a shame on democracy...I dont see how this will resolve the on-going war in that state. I can see even the governor has given up. Sharing money like shows lack of planning and strategy to overcome the on-going fight against BH.

    ReplyDelete
  48. This is the more reason why poverty will never leave northern Nigeria..
Why share money? Why not educate your people.... Teach them how to fish. Open the doors of prosperity by educating half of your populace, only then can we end the rubbish in that region.

By the way this is the first time am commenting... Keep the good work!

  62. THIS IS ACTUALLY QUITE SAD AND APPALLING AND MADE ME TEAR UP!, NOT BECAUSE OUR GOVT IS NOT HELPING THOSE KIDS THE RIGHT WAY, BUT JUST BECAUSE THEY ACTUALLY THINK THIS IS A VERY GOOD AVENUE TO SHOW THE WORLD THEY ARE DOING SOMETHING.. THE SMILE AND LOOK OF APPLAUD, ACCEPTANCE AND GRATITUDE OF THE FACES OF PEOPLE AROUND HIM SADDEN ME MORE... THERES IS REALLY NO HOPE FOR THE FUTURE GENERATION OF NIGERIA IS THIS IS THE MENTALITY OUR GOVT HAS AND ARE BRINGING UP THESE KIDS TO HAVE ASWELL... EDUCATE THESE CHILDREN, PROVIDE JOBS FOR THEIR PARENTS..GIVE THEM THE POWER AND DONT THROW THEM CRUMBS AND EXPECT THEM TO COME BACK FOR MORE COS UR "GOD". ITS BETTER TO TEACH A MAN HOW TO FISH THAN GIVING HIM THE FISH!. EDUCATE THIS CHILDREN, RETURN POWER TO THIS MASSES!!!! DONT SHARE UR USELESS 200 NAIRA NOTES!!! QUITE SAD!!!

  74. It's funny how these Northern Leaders won't learn and change. They prefer to shear money on the children and youth in their respective states. They love it so much when they hear them say Ranka-dey-dey. #Give them education and a better living environment. Most of this northern leaders they live in Abuja but they are Governors of states.# i shall Stop here, if you have lived in the north you will understand this. Cos i served there.

  79. Nothing is more pitiful than to live in self image ,a life where you can"t be the way you heart wants you to be , a life where you always strive to be what you expect yourself to be and not how you feel happy to be . A little motivation is always better but a life loaded with expectations is a curse . In today's competitive world, the desire to hold a position somewhere in some field has taken us in the grip of self expectation .The pressure to get better and better has deprived us of our own freedom to live in peace . A life where we can't live the way we are , where our heart isn't happy to enjoy our freedom , holds no sense .
