Borno state Governor, Shettima Kashim, was honored with a traditional title by the Tiv community in Borno today. All these people collecting chieftaincy titles when their states are burning. #Diarisgodo!

  3. Our politicians are very at displaying show of shame.In the midst of insurgency these people still have the nerves to indulge in irrelevant activities that do not in anyway impact the lives of displaced citizens .Its only God that will save us from this baberic individuals.

  14. What is the meaning of this now? I am Tiv also and not in support of this open show of foolishness. What gave rise to this chieftaincy title? Is it called for? So despite everything going on in Maiduguri they feel this is the best that can be done. It's a pity that the Governors house is on fire and he chooses to sit down and receive titles!
    I am sure these are the Tiv that have become Muslims because of money. Hypocrites...
