Earlier today I reported that Flavour's new album
Thankful sold over #1million copies in the first five days of its release, this is according to the marketer of the album, Obaino Music...and they showed receipts! But it looks like singer Brymo doesn't believe it. He just took a swipe at the report...and then later apologized...lol. These entertainers eh! See his tweets after the cut...

ReplyDeleteLets see it dis way, when flavours blesses album was released, I personally got 5 copies and my husband got two (we kept two at home and distributed 5 in each of our cars). My two sisters got one each. In owerri that year we went home for Christmas and every car u got into had a copy. Go to onitsha, atleast every car owner has a copy, every bus station has a copy, every taxi and commercial bus has a copy. Every dj got a copy, my friend who lives abroad got several copies so u can imagine how much sales he made from it. Flavour is not messed with in d east, that I am sure of so brymo, as much as I love you ehn! I have dis advise for u. Get ur attention off flavour cos the more u chook eyes for em body, d less u see o. #LOVEFLAVOUR

America's population is over 320 million and their music is worldwide yet most of their artistes don't sell 1 million in 3 months. Even the very lovable justin timberlake's most anticipated album sold 950k copies in one week so who is flavor to have sold 1million copies in 5 days. IMPOSSIBLE! but Brymo shouldn't have come out to rule out the claim. He should understand better.
