Nigerian models nominated for Africa Top Models at Mercedes Benz Fashion Week

Two of Isis models have been nominated for Africa Top Models at the Mercedes Benz Fashion Week, the only Nigerian models nominated. The stunning models are Nigeria's Next Super Model 2011 winner Imade Ogbewi (pictured left) and Nigeria's Next Super Model 2012 winner Favor Lucky (pictured right) who won the model competition at age 14. In an interview with Bayo Haastrup the Agency's booker, he said that having two Isis models nominated in one category is indicative of how Isis models have taken Nigerian models to the world.

Joan Okorodudu, the originator of Nigeria's Next Super model and founder of Isis model, one of Africa's Leading modeling agencies, said getting the nomination letter from Mercedes Benz Fashion Week organisers was a total shock because "I come from a country where meritocracy is not the usual norm.

Imade has done Mercedes Benz Fashion Week Africa Johannesburg, Mercedes Benz Jo'burg, London fashion week,Mercedes Benz fashion week Malta, Ebony Life TV launch with Deola, Arise  and ECOWAS fashion week and more. She won Nigeria's next super model 2011 went home with a brand new car which she still drives till now. 

Favour won Nigeria's Next Super Model at the age of 14 and since then she has done Mercedes Benz fashion week africa,Mercedes Benz fashion week cape town , Ebony life tv launch with Deola,ECOWAS Fashion Week, New York fashion week,100 black women of America,Ethical fashion show DC USA Mercedes Benz Jo'burg and many more.

    Omg This is model is on a roll.Are you for real wow this isis models is on a rampage.
    This agency that has done so much should be celebrated.We just saw some kind of ranking on the net for best modeling agency in Africa and isis was not there.Na was for naija.That had no source we did not know who wrote it.This letter from Africa's biggest fashion body says it all.Kudos to Joan Okorodudu.
