Mariah Carey performs in hip showing black latex dress at China concert

A bit too much to wear in China, perhaps? The 44 year old mother of 2 wore this one shoulder black latex dress that slit up to the hip on one side, exposing her entire leg as she performed at Hongkou Soccer Stadium in Shanghai, China last night. Too much or okay?
