We need to embark on career development, some of these youths are frustrated due to lack of employment opportunity and lack of motivation. Until our educational system is restructured to center on the learner with the motive of motivating and developing the learner to be autonomous and hence contribute meaningfully and positively to the society, we will continue to see vices like this. Our Education managers and curriculum planners should go back to the drawing board, our government should invest on youth empowerment, our social and religious institutions should wake up to the developmental challenges we face and redraft their programs to incorporate these ideas, we need to develop our human resources and motivate same positively to impact meaningfully to the society.

How many years did it take the insurgents to recruit all these boys... We know the Nigerian Army have been fighting, and we still have more and more bombing here and there. Kudos to Nigerian Army tho. I think they still need to find out their training centers if not they will still be re circling.
