Oscar Pistorius granted bail. Sentencing set for October 13th

For his manslaughter charge, Oscar Pistorius faces from a 'fine to 15 years in prison' but the judge granted him bail extension today and asked him to go home. The judge didn't believe he will attempt to run despite the fact that he's sold all his property (to pay his legal fees). Oscar will remain in the custody of his uncle until October 13th when he will return to court for sentencing...

  39. The concluding part of 'Compromised Justice' is coming up on the 13th of October.

*There is the likely probability he might just get fine*

The judgment of culpable homicide(manslaughter) was a farce. Judge Masipa is only acting out a script.

  40. Why does she keep shifting the case. What stopped her from giving her judgement today. Let it not be that she has been paid well. As south Africa is as corrupt as 9ja even worse

  43. "If there had been an intruder.( even the judge said he would have called security or shouted for help over the balcony) She said any normal person would have done this:) So he knew there was no intruder, and the judge knew he knew there was no intruder. They had an argument she ran into the bathroom and he did not like the fact she would not come out. So he started shooting to frighten her as the nutter he is. So that is what happened, so is the verdict fair or not ?."
