Fayose didn't slap Justice Adeyeye, but he supervised his beating - Ekiti Attorney General says

The Attorney General of Ekiti state, Wale Fapohunda, was a guest on Channels TV Sunrise programme this morning where he spoke about what happened at the Ekiti state High Court on Thursday September 25th where a judge was assaulted

According to Fapohunda, Justice Adeyeye told him when they spoke on phone that he was never slapped by Ayo Fayose but that the governor-elect supervised his beating.
"When I spoke to the judge, the judge did not say that the governor-elect slapped him. He said he supervised his beating. The judge said he (Fayose) was there, and was standing while his thugs, for want of a better word, beat the judge. Not only did they beat him up, they tore his clothes." Fapohunda said.
He said Justice Adeyeye told him that immediately they arrived in court for the election tribunal sitting, Fayose's supporters began ransacking the court rooms, tearing court documents. It was when he went to meet Fayose to ask him to control his supporters that he was physically assaulted.

    1. Ekiti State,A Case of "Bi won ti gbon to bee naa ni wo gor to"... Fountain of Knowledge/Land of Honor indeed!

I am from Ekiti State and I do not see any sense in the whole of this, from Electing Fayose that dealth badly with u during his 1st term,to attacking Judges assigned to the case,Killing the PDP and now Burning of Properties and the Unrest...To me,its just a flash back of Fayose's 1st term, where the Thugs ruled and Goke Olatunji was the self appointed Chief Security Officer.

But Hey,the Intelligent Ekiti peopl forgot so quickly, the Leader he slapped, the Contract he claimed to have done and dint do,the Farm and all.

I am not a supporter of APC or PDP or any Political Party ,but hey,I still feel Between the Deep Blue Sea and the Devil,I will choose the Deep Blue Sea... Now within Few Months that Fayose got back, the Peace in Ekiti has ended...

  13. Is this man really an Attorney General?!! Like how can you say such fallacy? In law, isn't a person who is negligent in an action liable for such action? Doesn't the fact that the people who beat up the Judge belong to fayose mean Fayose is responsible for their action? What kind of law do we read in this damned country?!!

  29. Its all lies. I stay in Ekiti State. The Attorney general and his party, APC has been making clandestine moves to twart the will of the people. The want to ensure that Fayose is not sworn in by next month. The State Court is controlled by APC for now. So, they plan to get a Kangaroo Judgement from the state court, preventing Fayose from being sworn in next month. I know people that are close to govt and APC. So I am speaking from what is really on ground. Their Plan is to make the speaker of the state the Acting governor instead of Fayose by next month. But let me tell you- both Fayose and Fayemi are thugs and disgrace to Ekiti State

  48. I don't why all dis bastards who doesn't even have anything to offer to d public trys to get into power by all means. Fayose didn't slap Justice Adeyeye, but he supervised his beating - Ekiti Attorney General says.......
But why would FAYOSE allowed his thugs to took laws into their hand when he vividly knew that everything in d judiciary has processes. We have appeal and supreme courts which Fayose could hv go to if he is not satisfied with d judgment of the state tribunal.

  49. These are just rumours, no matter the damage the APC and The Evil-ll think they can do to this man of the people and Ekiti, God of Heaven will vindicate him and allof them will be disgraced out. You know it was not easy to defeat 2 ex-govs and an incumbent. SHAME ON APC and their media tactics to destroy people.

  51. Wale Fapounda, u r a liar dias no way an important person like a judge wld be beaten in Nigeria of today & nobody wil film it wit their phone Camera unless u want to tell me non have camera on their fones. So sad to think everybody is stupid to buy Ur lies straight wtout analysing it. Of course pple like me dont expect anytn better cos u av to protect ur post & party apc but i kip wondering why Ur party is so desperate to block Fayose by coming up with e11 group which U, d outgoing Fayemi, former guv Oni & d justice u mentioned formd & belong. D 2 guvs r so shameless to accept defeat dat dis guy has something they dont av 4 hm to win election against them individually 2ce even wen they both work 4 eachoda. According to a former member on Channels sometimes e11 had meeting to block fayose 2nd term then but contrary some of U went underground to impeach him b4 his 1st term finish so he left in annoyance GOD brot him back again u still want to block him, r u sure u r not fighting against GOD's plan, so many individuals died just cos of Ur selfish reasons & make many wives & children lost their breadwinner u av alter their destiny. My prayer 4 all of U who contributed or cause others death wether directly or indirectly same way Ur wives & children will loose U suddenly cos whatsoever a man sow he shall reap! I am not a politician, in actual fact i am in UK but my heart bleed for d bereaved cos of Ur so called selfish elites who dont care what happen to d peace of Ekiti poor masses

The fact remains that APC are the one distubing the Peace of this Nation,nt only Ekiti, imagine were are this fools that called themselves E11 whe Fayose bought the Governorship form, again if its true that there is Law in this Nation, what are INEC doing and they allow Him{Fayose} to buy the Ticket. . . . As for me,the E11 need to be charge to court. . . After the so call Fayemi have acepted defeat and even Congratulate Him{Fayose}, the this Stupid so call E11 now arise and disturbing the peace of Ekiti, if you people want to hear the truth, do you knw is fayose that made fayemi to emarge the post of governor, and I believe this people have some things in hidn that we dont knw,bt if I have to tell you the Truth and you want to belive, Fayemi is more worst than fayose. . . . You can ask the Workers in Ekiti State i think they would explain better to you. . . E11 Are theives take it or leave it, go and find out who are this people call E11. . . . . .
