So what has the previous and current governors been doing with their state funds that they cannot afford to equip their hospitals' with common hospital beds? what of money from IMF, UNESCO,WHO funds specially sent those Northern states? Onky God can save Nigeria! Is the governor not utterly ashamed of himself withe state of the hospital. Having to bend down to speak with victims already in pain lie on an uncovered concrete area. Where infections and other complications are more likely. I dont know whether to curse this man o.
