    ReplyDelete
  54. As IG he sure does have more pressing issues to attend to that will benefit Nigerians. Traffic control is one of the least issues which he can assign to his subordinates and they'll do well handling it.

  56. Its so hard to impress Nigerians. This man comes across like a very humble person and in terms of discipline he' s one of the best IG of police i've seen in Nigeria(Check even from how flat his stomach is, LoL). But seriously for whatever reason, @least he dropped his pride even if it was for a few seconds .This is Nigeria and we'all know how highly placed people behave...Not everyone would do this no matter what,so i respect him for this

    ReplyDelete
  57. so what is the purpose of that? what was he trying to achieve?

If he was doing his job well, we shouldn't even need traffic men, the lights should be doing it all while the police men found our missing girls kmt

  58. I read dis ealier today on anita anwana blog I thought she was kiddin me but trust me dis is mere paparazzi just posin for a screen shot why on a sunday wen d traffic is low why not on a monday wen d traffic is at its peak around maraba-nyanya axis then mr IG u wil have received a pat on d back for now abeg leave matter for mathayaiz I refuse to be fool.

  63. LINDA PLS USE YOUR BLOG TO DRAW ATTENTION TO REAL PROBLEMS IN OUR SOCIETY AND FORGET PROPAGANDA. I AM MAD BECAUSE I MISSED AN IMPORTANT INTERVIEW ON SATURDAY MORNING ON MY WAY TO ABUJA FROM JOS BECAUSE WE WERE WAYLAID AND SHOT AT BY ARMED ROBBERS AT THE KADUNA STRETCH OF THE JOURNEY. ARMED ROBBERY HAS BEEN RAMPANT IN THIS AREA. I WAS WITH MY HUSBAND AND A FRIEND IN OUR PERSONAL CAR. MY SISTER ALSO COMPLAINED THAT THEY HAD TO STOP FOR A WHILE AT OKENE ON HER WAY BACK TO ABUJA BECAUSE OF HIGHWAY ROBBERS. THE IRONY IS THAT POLICE OFFICERS STAY AWAY FROM THOSE AREAS AND CONTINUE TO BEG FOR 10 NAIRA. PLS THE IG SHOULD SEND A MEMO TO FCT MINISTER TO FIX THE TRAFFIC LIGHTS IN ABUJA AND MAKE SURE THE COMMON MAN IS PROVIDED WITH SECURITY. THIS RAINY SEASON PROVIDES THESE HOOLIGANS WITH ENOUGH FOLIAGE TO HIDE. THANK YOU

Wash a pig, a pig is a pig.
In the first place the control of traffic in Abuja in this mordern day is supposed to be automated and not manual! Are you still going to blame Jonathan for that? What a shame! Oga IG you yab and your stunt dey smell!

    ReplyDelete
  83. He left more important work in Chibok. Where is traffic btw?

    ReplyDelete
  84. Y cant trafficlights be fixed instead? Get off that road and dealwith more serious issues.

    ReplyDelete
  85. This is pure publicity stunt/eye service.

    ReplyDelete
  86. Surely there are more pressing issues in the nation for him to do especially when there are a lot of men in the rank and file to control traffic.

    ReplyDelete
  87. Nice of him to lead by example but he shouldn't forget that his men are still extorting people all over the country. For the latest happenings around the world, compelling stories, opinions and commentaries, visit: segunakinleye.blogspot.com

  88. the problem with social media is that the uneducated, young and reckless, stupid, ignorant, shallow minded, unenlightened, in fact all sorts of riff raffs can comment. this was done as a moral boost to the traffic wardens, support even the lowest ranking officer so everyone in your organisation will have a sense of belonging. Instead #bringbackourgirls will come here and comment. If the girls are brought back does that solve all the insecurity in Nigeria?
