  21. Afren Oil Boss is dead. Afren Plc is a big Oil firm headquatered in Kinnaird House, 1 Pall Mall East, London, SW1Y 5AU, United Kingdom. Afren contracts Oil services jobs some Multinationals too. He definitely increased foreign revenue to our country and employment to the teeming unemployed masses in our country. May his soul rest in peace.

  24. The young ones are happily wishing him rest in peace. The members of the cabal are dying out. Umaru Dikko, now this man. Lukman has been in every Nigerian government since 1979. He's part and parcel of the rot that is Nigeria. Will they bury him with all his wealth?

The good thing about him was that he was simple and calm (typical of a polished Northerner.) Very well spoken too.

But still waters run very deep.

    May God console his family.

  26. Good riddance of bad rubbish... another corrupt leader bites the dust. Rilwanu was a very corrupt minister and may he rot in Hell for the suffering his lot has brought on this nation

  27. My father's friend. A true gentleman. They were friends at Imperial. My father is also a Fellow at Imperial. Same year as Lukman so I'm not sure about your info that he was the first African. I guess maybe first Fellow for Petroleum Engineering. You have to be specific Linda!

Just shows the average mindset of a Nigerian...they saw all the foreign accolades they started to BOW in homage..
Man was corrupt to the core..do you think the West doles out awards to Africans willy nilly???
Despite being in Austria with the Billion Dollar loot...in the end he still had to answer to his maker...you steal and steal so much and then what..you go back the same way you came into the world..WITH NOTHING!!...

  31. Only the young and ignorant will say this thief should rest in peace. Read your history. At the end of it all, he will be wrapped in white cotton cloth only!
