Fashion Protege Winner's Lookbook

Congratulations to Oisetohanmen “Omon” Isinugben – the first winner of the Multichoice Nigeria presents the Fashion Protege

The emerging fashion star who is the Creative Director of Abuja-based fashion label Belois Couture is one to watch! Not only did she win the first season of Africa’s leading fashion TV reality show, she has backed it up with a great post-win collection. Continue...

Belois Couture which launched in 2012 celebrates the modern woman who embraces excellence in every aspect of her life including her fashion choices. The label offers elegant, original, youthful yet timeless pieces. The new collection is called  “Átómu“.

“Átómu” is an Ishan word which translates as ‘growth/beginning’, the designer has described the collection as a representation of her “exponential growth” during the show.
Kindly find images of the collection attached.

  22. Good tailoring and some silhouettes were okay but what was the inspiration behind this collection because it's not clear? There's really nothing new here honestly. The world of fashion is moving really fast to Africa especially Nigeria. Our designers need tough love at this point to enable us compete with the rest of the world. Linda I just remembered you never said anything about the first two Africans specifically Nigerians who made the top 30 for the LVMH prize, 2014.
