Photos: Finally, Emir of Kano, Sanusi, makes entry into his palace
5 days after he was turbaned as the new Emir of Kano, Sanusi
Lamido Sanusi today June 13th made his entry into the Emir Palace in Kano to ascend to the throne as the new Emir. See more photos after the cut...
Sanusi told the president he was sorry for anything he might have done wrong in the past and asked the president to consider him henceforth as a friend.
"The new emir also assured the president he will not be partisan during his reign, and will not aid the opposition All Progressives Congress, in any way," the source said.
The official reaction of the presidency on the development of the situation in Kano is awaited.
And not aiding the opposition isn't partisan politics abi?we on this blog just run our fingers and use words we don't understand in a bid to sound informed.
@Anon 10.11am. The first writer wrote down what Sanusi had to say to GEJ. I never saw any sentence where personal interpretations were made. So if u've got anger in u direct it to Sanusi's write up not what an anon lib writer brought to our notice. Thank u
What's the difference between and the boko harams then.they also claim their grouse is that they don't want or like something. Lets all stop being stupid when we make comments
U must be a fool to say dat. If I ask wat muslims have done to u nw ur ansa wil be as stupid as ur comment. Its ur. Likes dat cause religious tension in d country.*hiss*
Wishing him a successful reign as d traditional ruler. Aunt Linda plz I need ur hlp in posting my writeups on ur blogspot bt don't knw hw 2 go abt it. Plz kindly hlp me. Am a young and up coming writer. Benjamin_ezenwa@yahoo.com
SLS is a very smart dude! ...Master plotter!!.hes been plotting this move tay tay...... Inasmuch as he's qualified to be the Emir ( being a prince and all) ...The real story is that as 3pm that afternoon the Ciroma (Adobayeros son) was to be announced as the Emir......... But by 5pm...Sanusi Lamido Sanusi was announced as the Emir....lol.......how did he do it???
Heard the King makers and some very Key peeps were given as much as 100 million naira each .....Raw cash! ....
Where king makers don see hundred milli before???? Lol....them sharply bone Ciroma announce SLS as the Mahn!
Note that SLS and the Ciroma are both EQUALLY qualified........sanusi just tipped the scale in his favour....
Congrats to him. Never knew GEJ will remove his police frm D Emir's palace so soon.... He will definitely need to install Emir of Nigeria to prove his power as D president. Yeye dey smell......

Hiding behind the cloak of monarchy and tradition, with bitterness towards the Presidency, with still a lot to answer for as ex cbn governor. What a country !
