Peter Okoye's loving message to his wife, Lola, on Mother's Day

But really, is that the most important thing a father can do for his children...love their mum? This is generally speaking...

    1. No, I disagree. Peter just came up with that on the spur of the moment, without actually thinking it out. How could it be? I know that there are very wicked and irresponsible moms, that are no good either to their children or the society at large. In such cases, could the father keep loving the very irresponsible wife/mother because he feels that's the greatest thing he could do for the kids? Your answer is as good as mine.

That harmless opinion of yours about the general question will cause problems here. Trust me, some people will start insulting or judging him. I hope you understand, № disrespect intended.
    Anyways, back to the question..
Apart from loving them and catering for their basic needs, yes, the best next thing is loving their mother.
Kids feel and will be happy knowing their parents are in love. When parents are in love, the kids will be happy. If a man disrespects his wife or doesn't love her, there's bound to be hatred for him from his kids.

  46. Jealousy makes people who don't have their own man hateful of the ones in happy relationship. Just saying. Happy for Peter & his wife. If mom & dad fight, it affects the children.

  47. That's right, when a man loves his children deeply it will definitely be binding on their mother. When there is a serious misunderstanding and the man starts shifting his attention from the children that may lead to a divorce.Peter, you ar right.

  48. Yep.. if u love their mother, it means u ll do every possible to make her happy, which includes her kids.

Peter is one of a kind and both of them are lucky to have each other. Lolo is blessed with a good man and Peter is lucky to find a woman to walk with him.

God bless their union forever and mine too. Amen.

    ReplyDelete
  79. It's 'ONE OF THE MOST IMPORTANT'....Kids are very sensitive, so, yes he's almost right; mother and child shares a special bond from the time of pregnancy.
Ever wondered why the people that hurt most by their parents' divorce or separation are kids?

Only those that have kids can understand.

  80. Peter loves her so much unconditionally because she was with him when he had nothing . That's the way to a mans heart , haters can go and die . Even with her beauty , she stuck with him , even when he was messing ard , she stuck wit him . Now his love for her super . At least she's better than all these hoes that are looking for rich bfs . How do u expect us to respect you when we all know it's bout d money like his other bros wives . Peter and Lola pls ride on and liv d frustrated haters , your love is real. Lola thanks for being with him when he had nothing , it's your time to reap , you earned it. Men will already and forever love that woman that was with them when they had nothing . Young girls should learn from her , we don't need chewing gum clubbing girls

  93. It is important that a man love his wife as Christ loves the church (so says the bible which is the perfect manual for marriage). He is to do this regardless of whatever situation because that is what God instructs him to do within the institution of marriage. This has nothing to do with the children though it will definitely have a positive effect and sample for the kids (that does not mean that a husband in a childless marriage should love his wife any less). However, the most important duty a father has to his kids is to provide for them since the same bible indicates that a man who is unable to do this is worse than an infidel.... shikena!!!!
