No US troops deployed anywhere in Nigeria - Defence Headquarters

I said it yesterday and it has been confirmed. The Defence Headquarters has said that there are no US troops deployed anywhere in Nigeria, and there has been no arrest or operation by any foreign military or security troops in the ongoing efforts to rescue the abducted girls, as its being reported online.

The spokesperson for the Defence Headquarters, Major Gen. Chris Olukolade, released a statement yesterday clearing the rumours.
"No troop of the American Marines has so far been deployed in any part of Nigeria as is being circulated in certain media. International coalition is quite appropriate in handling terrorism being a trans-border and global crime. The public will be duly briefed on the areas of collaboration with allied forces in the mission to bring back our girls as the need arises. There is therefore no need to engage in misleading speculations while the mission is in progress."
He said said the pictures being circulated online were taken from scenes in other countries and not related to Nigeria in anyway.

    1. Why would you want US troops in naija , this isn't their work . This is the work of intelligence experts , troops are only really required in matters of warfare . Defeating BH is about intelligence , which is what people need to get in their heads

  47. NIGERIA IS....

    1. A country where religion is a qualification for leadership recruitment, yet the country swims in acute corruption, gross immorality and hate!

    2. A country where exposers of corruption are sacked from jobs, and their passports seized while those exposed fly private jets at public expense and even seek the law courts to protect them from lawful investigations!

    3. A country where bombs are used to massacre hundreds of people to divert public attention and discussions from corruption and embezzlement of public funds!

    4. A country where "Boko Haram" operates a camp in a place called Sambisa with their clinic, water borehole, armour tanks, heavy artillery weapons, training ground, television sets, large number of cars and trucks, and everything they need without the Air Force bombing them off the surface of the earth!

    5. A country where "Boko Haram" moves in convoys of up to 40 brand new Toyota Hilux trucks painted in military colours, and the military check points will miraculously disappear for them to pass and operate for as long as they want and then follow the same route back to base!

    6. A country where the President will say there is "Boko Haram" even in his cabinet but is yet to sack or name anyone!

    7. A country where military helicopters have been seen by several eye witnesses supplying weapons and food to "Boko Haram" in their well known camp!

    8. A country where helicopters have been variously seen dropping well armed fighters in various locations, but the National Radar Coverage that is directly under the Presidency will not pick the helicopters!

    9. A country where assassination attempts have been made on two serving governors by "gunmen wearing military uniforms" but the President and Commander - in - Chief has not bothered to order or commission an investigation!

    10. A country where soldiers guarding churches and schools will vanish from their duty posts and "Boko Haram" will suddenly appear and bomb it.

I weep and worry for my country

The school Management/ Federal Government has Gone Mad again. In a very sorrowful time in our country when we are still clamouring for the release of our Girls from the shackles of the BOKO Haram's which has gotten international sympathy all over the world.

Obafemi Awolowo University has decided to wear the clothing's of BOKO Haram though not carrying arms but by trying to assassinate the FUTURE of those they term "LEADERS of TOMMORROW" by saying NO to Free Education Legacy has pushed by the Late Chief Obafemi Awolowo of blessed memory.

They have decided to push the agenda of boko Haram by saying NO to (Western) EDUCATION for the masses. Why don't they just come out and say the tax our fathers are paying is no more enough for them to have POT-BEllies(FG).

We say NO! to the Increment and Demand for the Swearing-In of our UNION LEADERS latest Friday. We might not have the Police, we might not have the army, we might not have Tear-Gas but we have our Legs to match down the path of Posterity that we Fought for a right Cause and our Hands to Carry the Placards saying "NO"!!!
