popular Muslim cleric, Dr. Ahmad Abubakar Mahmu Gumi, who shared the photos on his Facebook page, he claims the men lined up are young Almajiris who were executed without trial as Boko Haram members
in Borno state. He claims vigilante groups would move into the villages, pick up young men, take them to the field and kill them. He said this is how some innocent people are killed in the name of fighting Boko Haram. He shared four photos...find them after the cut...but viewer discretion advised. It's quite graphic...

I believe this people are not the only residents in these communities, why would someone just come and pick them up and execute them just like that. And besides the grave with dead people in it looks like a mass grave for Boko haram victims. The other pictures don't give much. no no no,this is not right at all. I dont trust those vigilante. They are never around whenever Boko haram strike. They are always in the neighboring village and will come out some hours after BH has done their worst and left. Why is is that the Soldiers did not kill the other civilians in the picture. When little boys were slaughtered in their sleep and had their skulls cracked open and their throats slit open while asleep why did he not come out to say there is Genocide in the North. ReplyDeleteThis is boko haram propaganda to confuse nigerians. It is simple, if they really want peace, they should stop bombing innocent people. They are the ones that just woke up one morning and started bombing people so they are the ones that should be called to order. All these pictures are just to garner sympathy for boko's actions...this man should be checked. If he feels bad about what's going on, he is influential enough to call on all muslim clerics to come together and condemn boko haram activities with ONE voice. Afterall there is an umbrella body for muslim clerics...if they all come together and say what boko are doing is wrong...boko cant kill them all and would not be able to claim religous grounds for their activities as they always do. So the focus should be to stop boko. Boko cannot reign so much in the North without influential supporters there, and they know themselves. Enough of this double talk.
