Now be informed about who madam is! She may be his commissioner, AC. Most probably his extreme senior and he's her PA orr orderly
      Simply coz she's a woman/what?
Fyi senior police officers have rights to domestic&personal staff.

Money and power worshipping have destroyed our essence and our ability to know what is appropraite. Idiot oshi. Msheew

    11. Thank you Anon 2.07!!! Goes to show that the leadership we rant about is not the sole problem. The citizenry is equally warped. The fact that quick a few of us here don't see the problem with this, and are even chastising Linda for instigation, goes to show that our generation is not any better! Smh!

  21. Our police force has got no shame...this is even one on uniform. You wouldn't find an aide carrying Mitchelle Obama's bag. Why can this woman carry her bag? Is it to heavy for her? That's the problem we have wit women in power in this part of this world. Patricia Etteh's kind..and Patience Jonathan who would close up roads 2hrs before she passes..its stupid..human rights in Africa is truly revaling the power hungry vampires in our women. Oga police you're a disgrace!

  22. Linda, its not only "yeah, that really happened" but it happens all the time. All these local women turned politicians, wives and govt. officials are simply crass. Fashion and style rules says "a bag is a part of a woman's dressing" so why on earth should you stupidly hand it over to your security details. Mshew. Way back in High sch., Mrs Olumide or Akiode will smack any of us for daring to take their handbags as a show of respect. They say "its lack of etiqquets and manners". Mehn all these women are bush, they for give the police their breast join sef.

  42. This Police man should pray he is not identified, the IG has given strict instructions that policemen should stop carrying items for their principals when they are on duty; protective or otherwise.

Reason is, it is not their job, reduces their attention span and does not portray the police force in good light.

U cannot see a member of the secret service carrying Obama or Michelles bag, it is not just done. I doubt if Obama drops something they can even pick it up for him. He has a staff for that, the "body man" that acts as his valet.

Reason is they have to be alert all the time, imagine if they are holding bag and file and all that, then shooting starts, it would take valuable seconds for them to drop everything on the floor and reach for their gun and react.

I always laugh when i see police men sitting squeezed in the front of their ogas car with their Ak47 and the oga feels safe,do you know how long it would take them to react to lift and point that gun if there is a shooting,a whole lot of time. That is why the Secret service primarily use pistols and not assault rifles; reaction time.

In Nigeria we do not have respect for organisations and their roles; that is why you can see policemen sitting in front of peoples houses, going to go and pick children from school, driving oga up and down; instead of fighting crime. 50% of the mobile police in Nigeria and their weapons are deployed to peoples houses instead of being on the street fighting crime.

There should actualy be a special division under the SSS/Police (like the Diplomatic protection Group/ Service in the UK/ USA) to provide protection detail to people based on merit, while police face their normal police activities; that is what happens in civilised climes.

  43. He is so caring

    ReplyDelete
  44. Linda this your post na wa oh. He is her orderly so holding her bag is part of his job. You don't always have to raise sentiments

    ReplyDelete
  45. The police man doesn't know his job neither is the madam understand what security means. A police man guiding anyone should always be at alert and must be holding something he can fight with or his hands be absolutely free to fight if need arise. Not to turn himself to a maid and carries madam's hand bag for her.Nigerian police should learn to respect themselves so we citizens can respect them too.

    ReplyDelete
  46. Yeah! He's even policing madam's behind as well.#bootycop#
