After all they always say your call is being recorded for quality purposes. If I was it was me. I will be dragging Etisalat to court now. Rule of vicarious liability applies here.
What kind of telephone company does a thing like this? Putting an official conservation between the wife of a customer and a customer care worker in the public domain. Conversation are recorded to train staff and help them improve on how to handle customers, not to ridicule them. Etisalat are very unprofessional. No telephone company in Europe or America will do a thing like this. Shame on Etisalat!

ReplyDeleteWhat kind of telephone company does a thing like this? Putting an official conservation between the wife of a customer and a customer care worker in the public domain. Conversation are recorded to train staff and help them improve on how to handle customers, not to ridicule them. Etisalat are very unprofessional. No telephone company in Europe or America will do a thing like this. Shame on Etisalat!
