ReplyDeleteThank goodness for this post. Why did I always think it was RENUMERATE (that word is not even in the dictionary). I believe a number of us have been guilty of incorrectly spelling this word. Its REMUNERATION people!

ReplyDeleteto be sincere i know remuneration is not an every day word. cause everyone just says salary or wages or i got paid or whatever. so im not suprised alot of people dont know the meaning. i mean i only know the meaning cause i read books and watch a wide range of shows.however i have never used the word. and i had to think for a second to remember what it meant. it may come as a shock but a whole lot of people dont know the meaning of words they dont use and this is normal. thats why people are advised to read novels

To remunerate means payment for services rendered.
