  31. Murtala Nyarko, one of the G7 Governors is also a retired Senior Naval Officer. I doubt that an ordinary DPO could order a Rear Admiral to just sit. Even the Governors have Security Aides that could have stopped the DPO and his group. We need more details.

  37. Jonathan is stooping too low on this matter & it's becoming embarrassing. I thought he is a phd degree holder? And so therefore should handle this matter more maturely & professionally. How does a democracy survive without opposition?? He should just allow them do their things, after-all he is totally in charge & so therefore should restrategize & change his cabinet & bring in fresh minds. Crushing of opposition groups is a crime against humanity & that's the case of Mohammed Morsy of Egypt. The world is watching & he seems not to understand the importance of Nigeria in world politics. Linda swthrt, pls post this comment inugo?

  48. These Governors are disgracing themselves. Just look at how the police are ordering them as if they hold no office. If they are tired of the party or better if they don't like the structure anymore join the oppositions. But one thing i know non of these Governors would have allowed a commissioner dictate to them so why dictate to the party.

  57. They should have been arrested if not for the immunity clause. Why don't they want to form a new party or join APC

Why are they violating the Court ruling by holding meetings when their faction has been declared illegal.

If they think they don't have work to do in their respective states, they should resign than cause trouble.

  66. Contrary to the report made by Sahara Reporters yesterday that the DPO of Asokoro police division, CSP Nnanna Ama, invaded the meeting of the G7 governors at the Kano government lodge in Asokoro, Abuja, with a retinue of officers; that he was enraged after the governors dare him to do his worst which led him into ordering the governors to remain on their seats.

Meanwhile, reverse was the case as the DPO got to the venue where the meeting of the G7 governors was being held and his men were locked outside while he was taken to the inner room to explain to the governors why he was there. The DPO was unable to say anything reasonable to defend his visit. He only whispered in the ear of the Kano State Governor for about 30 seconds and he was asked by the governors to get out from the venue. The DPO left the venue in total shame.

  67. I used to be a great fan of this Sahara reporters before , i don't like them any more, i think they are working for Tinubu ( the Evil man) they are always on PDP case, are they saying ACN ( now APC ) is clean? Why are they against GEJ? So they want to tell me they have nothing on APC? Look let's just stop all this nonsense! Let this G7 go and join APC and try 1/4 of what they are doing in PDP. Mtcheew.

No history knowledge, No brain, common policeman behaving like a mad soldier..working like a machine with only one line program. Does he know what happened to people that insulted OBJ during the military days.
