  11. I won't fall for this propaganda.
look at how they'r gradually turning the masses against themselves. to the Nigerian Police they're fighting corruption.
when they've failed to address the bigger corruption that could lead an officer of a reputable agency like the Police force into such dishonourable act.
If she's sure of the payment of her deserved salary, better welfare package and prompt payment of her pension upon retirement,I doubt if she will be engaging in this.
who is fooling who, abeg leave what they wrote on the bus and enter bus jor.

  32. In very strong words I do not subsribe to what Nigerians are doing to these Police officers. How dare you take secret videos of our police and uopoad on the internet to get them dismissed. What are you all doing about our elected officials who loot our treasury. This madness must stop.

  33. I have a problem with this. Seriously, a police man was caught on camera collecting bribe, he has long been fired. That is good we may say. Faruk Lawan was caught on camera collecting bribe and he is still walking our streets a free man. Here is the thing, so long as we continue to demonstrate that there are different rules for the rich and the poor; corruption and impunity would continue.

Liars, which arrest? End of story, nothing will come out of this again.
Who killed Bola Ige, Pa Alfred Rewane and a host of others? What about the subsidy saga? Infact when I saw Otedola, Dangote, Ngozi Okonjo Iweala and other persons on the front page of Vanguard Newspaper either yesterday or two days ago, I shook my head in disgust that these people can take a whole country for granted and get away with it. Why can't these people be arrested and prosecuted as well.
O God give us a RAWLINGS that will wipe away our corrupt leaders.
Bia Lindiway, post my comment sharp sharp

  40. The hungry officers collecting little money on the road re not our problem. If we want to eradicate bribbery, it has to start from the pot bellied high rank officers whom they account to. The fact is that 99% of Nigerians are corrupt. Lecturers, C.M.Ds of both federal and state hospitals, C.E.Os of companies, Judges, etc so take it eazy on the woman because the style in vogue in Nigeria is bribery and corruption.

  41. @ify....neva b ashamed of ur own Nation..Shitz lyk corrptn happens, we just keep prayin our Nation gets better and leave corrupt activities. E go beta o!!!

  42. Its easy to comment online and make derogatory remarks..but look at it from a different point of view. The police men/woman are making shameful salaries and they have a lot of expectations...so with that, they are not motivated in any shape or form. secondly, the nigeria police force have deviced a slick way of even cheating these cops by deducting certain percentage of their already meager salaries in the name of "stock investment"..an investment they will never see a return. Example: this police woman in this picture is a corporal which means she makes anything from N35,000 to N40,000..ontop of that, after their pension fund was embezelled, their salaries are now being attacked...from the salary of N40k, they will see something in the neighborhood of N35k in their account...this is jacked up!!!....so lets think before commenting....think about this too..which country count bullets for their cops..and they cant use the bullet due to fear of salary deduction...??

  43. B4 u judge pipu just put yosef in dia shoes 1st.som pipu chop subsidy money running into billions.1 oga on d top chop pension money running into billion.what about faruq lawal, demeji BANKOLE,alao akala, bode judge e.t.c chop billions of money but till today nobody is asking them any question but gallivantin round NIGERIA even with guards and escorts.a police dat is underpaid, lukin fo food to eat is always d center of attraction.do u Eva imagined d level of tiftif in PHCN sector not to talk about immigration/custom officials.plsssssssss pay police well and give them sense of belonging B4 u nail them.

  49. Story. hissssssss. Arrest who? For what? i don't even believe she was arrested. But if it's true they had better allow her go. what has the police force done to police officers at jakande and illasun police station at lekki ajah? officers from these stations go out pick innocent persons and arrest them for wandering. some persons pay as much as 10,000 to officers to be free. still at a lost figuring out the difference between some policemen and arm robbers. i pray that someday the true policemen and women we have who are called to duty will out shine the ones who are there only bcos they have no other option to livelihood. God bless Nigerian.

  50. Na wa o.... lets hope this starts to clean up the force and bring in some sanity.

  51. So we should clap for them for arresting her? How about this: a brave citizen exposed her. Now her bosses should explain to us why she is collecting bribe. And if they don't know, let them ask their own bosses. WHO HAS EATEN HER SALARY? It's a step in the right direction but this cannot end at "exposure and arrest". The people who are really responsible for this will feel no guilt about throwing junior officers to the dogs.
