New music: Popcorn - Orimi

Onome Brown aka Popcorn is a multi-talented artiste who was born & bred in Delta State. He is currently signed to Hybreed Music founded by Ikechukwu 'Moniyke' Kenneth. Popcorn has been music-inclined from a tender age, but started professionally in 2010. He has a released single 'Go DJ' produced by Onojake Erhiga, which was dedicated to Nigerian Disc Jockeys, some of whom he mentioned on the Track, like DJ Jimmy Jatt, DJ Scratch, DJ Humility, DJ Waxxy, DJ Neptune and few others amongst many. And the video for 'Go DJ' was produced by 'Capital Dreams Pictures' and is presently gaining air-play on Soundcity, Nigezie & several other TV stations.

Here comes his 2nd official single titled 'Orimi' produced by Kandysugabeat, on which Popcorn gave a distinct delivery with spectacular wordplay on the Afrocentric sound, to cut a nitch of uniqueness for himself and its a song expected to hit every dance floor like a fireball. For this song to have apeared on Linda's blog, definitely it must be spectacular, please listen rather than criticise, I did, the wordplay is great, the message is great, it's a song I like to compare with a song like super star by ice-prince.........it's definitely going to hit you unconsciously.......

  28. I decided to listen to this song over and over again after reading the several comments here, cos I needed to give an unbiased review. I must say that he did well. There was much confidence in his delivery and I believe he will go places. Listen well critics b4 u talk; Popcorn has got a line for u on ORIMI... "I can see in ur face, na kolomental case" *wink*
