Photo of the day

Passengers yesterday photographed rushing into Arik Air plane that just landed at the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport in Abuja. The passengers couldn't even wait for arriving passengers to disembark before jumping on the plane. This was due to shortage of flights to many parts of the country after Arik canceled several flights yesterday.

Mind u, that was a flight that was shifted from d previous day o. That is after he waited @ d airport from 5am when he touched down NAA from Heathrow. This country sha #sad face#

The airports are as scary as the drath trap roads;such a Shame.

It was rily badt, and that's nt their 1st time, they r very gud at delaying flights. And Linda, yhu've refused to post my comments since last year, and I av stopped too, buh I just wanna give it a shot today. Anyway yhu av many readers and just ONE cant affect yhu in anyway, abi?

  78. ARIK AIR! ARIK AIR! ARIK AIR! You see how useless you are. If people know they cannot handle the aviation industry and don't know how to manage a fleet of planes why introduce nonsense in the first place? In this country we have no values for anything. The stupid things you can do with road transportation you should not do with air transportation for God's sake. It is not an industry we should be 'managing'

Arik Air really frustrated passengers yesterday..I was supposed to fly from calabar to Abj for 3:25pm flight,we ended up leaving calabar by past 6:00pm and arrived Abj at abt 7:10pm...being that i was @the airport at abt 2:30pm I'd sat at the airport for close to four hours before we finally left...Very annoying experience and it was my second time of experiencing such with Arik Air..Am yet to find out the most reliable airline in Nigeria as per local flights, because for now,we have none..They are all full of shit!

    ReplyDelete
  98. I'm an insider so I know wat goes on in Arik Air. There has been no fuel in Abuja and Lagos which necessitates an Uyo flight headin to Kano to pick up fuel. You have had flights delayed close to 6 hrs due to this "no fuel" thing. You guys must realize that Arik Air was not set up primarily for profit making. It was set up to launder dollars that is the reason you find the expatriates flockin in droves to do the job a local could have done. For every $10 Arik pays its expat workers it is recorded as $30. So nobody really cares if flights are delayed or not, or whatever happens to passengers.
