Kate Henshaw set to release fitness DVD

According to That1960chick, fit mother of one, actress Kate Henshaw will be sharing her fitness secrets in a work-out DVD called 'Kate's Fit 4 Life', which will be released in September this year. The exercise video will be marketed in Nigeria and internationally.

Kate joins Nike Oshinowo and Oluchi Orlandi as Nigerian celebs who have their own fitness DVDs.

      We are tired of these natural born lepas telling Orobos how to be fit. Please we need a Fitness DVD from a Size 18 gone 8, That one will be encouraging. Kate has always been slim, even if she swallows an elephant, she will only shit it out and remain slim still. Please stop taking advantage of us and our pockets abi is the DVD gon be free? #justanothermoneymakingventure# das all.

    She's fit. Breezed past me once while jogging. In fairness to me, I was in my 5th kilometre :-) and I had a nice view of the derriere so there was no point catching up. But she is super fit sha. Nice one. Kai?

    Good luck with that it still doesn't stop her from looking old,workingout helps u keep fit not looking young two completely different things,if it was that simple celebrities won't go under the knife they will just stick to there workouts...lol,there are lots of slim old wrinkled women out there,am sure if Kate add a little flesh to her face she will look younger facially than she does now,I can still tell her age from her face

    I generally buy fitness videos of those celebrities that I body admire and that I am of similar age too. So if she is targeting the 50's market she'd do pretty well :)
