Consideration is sufficient in so far as there was a meeting of minds between the parties as to the agreed sum. Even if UNILAG students and Wizkid agreed on N1 he is bound to show up and perform at the show. In the instant case it is useless to claim you don't charge 10k or that you charge N1BILLION. If it is the case that the dude called Wizkid did exactly what the UNILAG lads are alleging, then they should get a proper lawyer and file a civil action wherein if the court rules in their favour, they can get huge sum in damages from the singer. YOU DONT FUCK WITH GREATEST AKOKITES!!!
