Nwa Mekiri Sense - Nne, just go and get your marriage certificate first which is not expensive but at least you will be his wife then you can take your time to get your monies together for the big fancy parties if you find it necessary. It is the certificate that says you are married not the parties. Why put yourself in debt just so that people can come and eat then leave you with empty pocket?
I got my marriage certificate, I had a small ceremony with about 40 or so of my closest friends and family members, we cut our cake and enjoyed finito!
