    Back to the statement credited to the FRSC boss that " Majority of the accidents on our roads happens because of bad drivers (driving) and NOT necessarily bad roads. This is a practical example of bad and reckless driving.

    All of you r just speaking too much grammer, d bottom-line is poverty. usually they r not able 2 afford d normal fare so they opt 2 sit in d boot and d river allows dem after collecting stipends from dem. I see it a lot in d north, its not right but d drivers feel they r doing such people a favor.
