Kim K's face studded with needles during acupuncture session

First, it was the blood facial, now needles sticking out of her face, ears and neck? Looks painful, but I'm sure it's not! The pregnant reality star Tweeted this photo of her during acupuncture session.

Acupuncture is a good alternative for women who would rather avoid a surgical facelift. According to Acupuncturists, 'it is designed to free up chi, or energy. When the needles -  approximately 30-40 - are applied to the body and face, production of collagen and elastin may be stimulated, which results in the skin looking 'plumped up. It helps your own body create a more youthful appearance.'
