Police arrest 2 people over acid attack on Naomi Oni

UK police revealed today that a 21 year old woman and a 28 year old man have been arrested in connection with the acid attack on Naomi Oni...a few days after they said they suspected she poured the liquid on herself.

Naomi Oni was left partially blind after she was attacked on her way from work on December 30th 2012 by a woman she said was wearing an Islamic niqab.

    The police are just doing their job, they have to look at all angles. But I'm glad the investigation is moving along well, and pray she gets justice.

    They have only arrested 'suspects', unless the police gathers enough evidence to make a case with those arrested. They may never be charged and this poor girl may never get justice. Let's pray the surgeries are successful while we keep our fingers crossed as per the police bringing perpetrators to book.
