Guys that have this 'all men cheat' mentality shld know one thing: You don't have a 'cheating monopoly'. Trust me, your girl knows when you cheat, and most of the time the reason why she'd still stick aroung is cos apart from the fact that she loves you (or isnt ready to move on just yet), you've given her a 'get out of jail free card' and so the next time she sees that cute guy, unlike before that she woulda closed her eyes or looked away from him, she will allow herself to be silly and do the unthinkable. The earlier guys realize that they get what they give, the better. (And this is coming from a girl who at 26 has never had sex, so don't think it's 'bad girls' who think like this)

Also the argument of legalizing is moot since "Open Marriages" now exist and cheating is not legal offence by the court of law but a breach of Trust.
In "Open Marriages", you just need a partner who agrees with your desired way of life and you agree with theirs. You create your rules or boundaries and live by them.
