Gunmen destroy MTN, Airtel masts in Kano and Maiduguri

Several masts belonging to telecommunications company, MTN and Airtel have been destroyed in some parts of the North.

Gunmen suspected to be members of Boko Haram burned down at least ten masts this morning in Maiduguri and Kano, making it almost impossible for mobile phone users to use their phones.

Boko Haram members have in the past been concerned they may be traced through mobile phones and probably decided to do something about it...and no one was there to stop them! Wow!

  18. Linda, technically they are not unknown, since they're from the #Boko Haram sect. This people are begining to get comfortable in causing mahem and chaos. I really think this Boko Haramites are a cabal (most likely to deal on drugs and armory, as well as trafficking) this is just a facade for their "under-cover" business(es), as they have put it forth to Nigerians that they're a "Terrorist group". I sincerely pray that these fiends of Nigeria will engaging in the macabre dance very soon. On the issue of destroying masts, I personally feel it is a domino for a master plot, the government of Nigeria (the ones not sponsoring them) should be on its toes and be ready to respond to attacks from this Ishmaelites. The best advise I can give to the FG is #LiveReady. Ciao

  28. Ok, after telling us that western education and technology is dangerous, it turns out that Boko Haram availed themselves of the benefits of western education??? Sorry to have to say this but muslims are nothing but a bunch of hypocrites who say one thing is evil and then see nothing wrong in using that evil to pursue their aims!
