  11. Very kind heared man! BUT... Really?? Is that what Imo state needs right now?? Why not concentrate on 24/7 electricity!, excellent roads, excellent security, job provision, Excellent hospitals, ambulance units, emergency units.... The list is endless .. All this half and half is killing nigeria! Atleast let imo state lead by example by providing needs! Rather than wants.. Rochas u can do it !!!

  17. NO! LET HIM NOT START SOMETHING THAT WOULD CREATE PROBLEMS FOR HIS SUCCESSOR.

HE CAN LOOK FOR OTHER WAYS OF APPRECIATING THEM, NOT THIS.
IF I MAY ASK, IS THIS FOR ALL THE CIVIL SERVANTS IN THE STATE OR JUST THE TOP KEY OFFICERS? SECONDLY, IS THIS A MONTHLY THING OR?

I'LL ADD THOUGH, IF HE DOESN'T KNOW WHAT TO DO WITH THE STATE'S FUND, HE CAN START BY OFFERING FREE HEATHCARE TO ALL KIDS AND THE ELDERLY!

  31. Is this man the 'Messiah' the people of Imo has been expecting or should they be looking out for another. Like seriously?

  32. This man is even more confused than the previous Governor. He should set his priorities right first. You haven't paid lecturers yet you gave free education to students, you want to build a bih hotel in owerri, yet there r more hotels in owerri than schools and companies. Stop throwing money to birds and do something tangible. With the way this Rochas is going, his only shot at the Presidency is with his PJ on >>>>>in his dreams!

  39. ROCHAS IS THE BIGGEST DISAPPOINTMENT OF ALL TIME WITH ALL HIS EMPTY PROMISES FROM FREE EDUCATION TO FREE MONEY AND PRIVATE UNIVERSITIES YET THE COMMON CIVIL SERVANT IN IMO STATE IS BEING OWED THE MONTHLY SALALARY. THERE IS NOT EVEN A SINGLE MEDICAL CENTER IN ANY LOCAL GOVT OF THE STATE SOME VILLAGES HAVE BEEN CUT OFF DUE TO BAD ROAD AND EROSION AND ALL HE CAN TALK OF IS WARDROBE(WARDROPE)ALLOWANCE HE IS A FOOL!!!

  45. THIS ROCHAS IS A VERY FUNNY MAN,AM A CONTRACTOR,WHO IS PRESENTLY WORKING THAT HE HAS NOT PAID LIKE OTHERS,HE KEEPS MAKING PROMISES HE DOES NOT KEEP,HE IS NOT REALISTIC AS THE WAY TO RUN IMO STATE,HE HAS ENDED UP DEFRAUDING PEOPLE WITH HIS BLABBERING MOUTH,TO MAKE PEOPLE THINK HE IS WORKING.I GUESS HE TOOK MORE THAN MANY AT A TIME,LET'S WAIT AND SEE HOW MANY OF THESE PROJECTS THAT WILL BE COMPELETED.WHICH IS A BIG CHALLANGE TO HIM.I WILL LIKE HIM TO PROVE ME WRONG.
