Video: Samuel Eto’s $1.4 million Aston Martin breaks down in Paris

While in Paris, the footballer's 1.4 million dollars Aston Martin One-77 refused to start. And because it was raining, they had to tape over the open window with plastic sheets. See videos after the cut...

  5. This is a massive PR disaster for Aston Martin. Watch out for a press release soon! You don't sell a $1.4mm car and have it break down in the rain in the middle of Paris while it is being driven by a celebrity!!!! Complete disaster! Kinda reminds me a bit of the bricked Tesla fiasco a while back.

  11. It could have invested that $1.4million. This is still the reason, Jewish people are the most wealthy groups. They don't play or waste their money. I'm learning so much from my boss, he's Jewish. He's wealthy, but drives a regular car, been living in the same house for years. He doesn't wear his wealth. Africans wear their money, that mentality is what is killing the continent.

  24. And to think I was contemplating getting a DB9. These British cars are so damn unreliable! Range Rover, Jaguar, et al. Porsche it will have to be. Germans are serious about their cars.

  25. Until the entire facts are known, it will be wrong to blame Astor Martins. Etoo could have failed to properly service the car or employ the car in a manner inconsistent with the manufacturer's manual of usage. Whichever way, vehicles are mechanical contraption.

  30. Shurrup people! These so called super-cars break down all the time. Their construction and engineering are so complex. Most of what is in these cars are new technologies that might transfer to their regular produced cars, years later. The Bugatti Veyron, Porsche Carerra GT, Koenigseggs, Saleens, Arash, Ferraris, Morgans, McLarens all break down.
