The army explained that since most attacks of suicide bombers are being carried out with vehicles loaded with improvised explosive devices (IEDs), these vehicle stoppers disallow bombers from reaching their targets as it forcefully stops any vehicle that comes in contact with it at whatever speed.
The move was part of the army's corporate social responsibility in curtailing the spate of suicide bombing at worship centres in the north.

Thank God for this effort..it will at least reduce the reduce the loss of lives; but also places of worship should follow suit and acquire more of those
