I don't believe it's Goldie cos it doesn't look like her. As for the way her hair looks, I guess it's from constant fixing of weaveons and braids. Maybe even lace front wigs. I think Ghana weaving is actually the worst culprit for pulling out the hairline. When I stopped fixing Ghana weaving and started studying how to take care of my hair, it started to thrive.
