  6. D fact dat Linda even contemplated uploading d phone's thief's pic is a reflection of d cowards we've all become as a nation.once d culprit is of my gender, tribe or religion then he must be immuned from public disgrace. A society where a Linda considers d reputation of a thief paramount to d security of oda pple's life n property, is a depressing.
What is wrong in being born black? d way we reason.

  15. The education system in Nigeria is sooo dead! Reducing cut-off marks to less than 50% of the overall score? Shame, shame, shame.

  16. This doesnt help matters at all!! Now dafter people are being admitted into the university!!! lowering the cutoff mark doesnt tackle the problem!! Laying more emphasis on the quality of the primary and secondary education of students, does!! Misguided priorities and solutions!!!

  19. So many OLODOS !!!!! JAMB has no choice than to peg down the mark. with the existence of BB, TWITTER, FACBOOK etc how do u expect students to pass. SMH SMH SMH SMH SMH

  20. So, standards are falling and the only way to help the situation is to lower the bar? #SMH

Striving for excellence and hardwork doesnt count for much in Nigeria anyway. Those are not the things that count.

It doesnt really help when you want to be a Bigboy or a biggirl. Its not what gets you a ministerial appointment or into the Senate.

We are already reaping what we've sown.

  23. until Nigeria changes what they are, they still retain what they have (bribery & corruption)

even though jamb reduces their cut off mark to 15 what of post utme

let them stop deceiving their selves

  24. The real problem has neva been and will neva be the cutoff mark. The problem still remains corruption. The fact that after studying hard and all that, one stil has to bribe their way to gain admission, yet you might not get to study the course of your choice. That has turned the youth away from their studies. There's nothing to encourage the youths any more. Some of them started JSS1 at the time their senior ones finished NYSC, now they're writing JAMB yet their senior ones have no job. There's a whole lot of mess to be cleaned up and reducing the cutoff mark of JAMB is like destroying the anus with a small pollute.

  25. JAMB! That is the hardest exam I have ever taken in my life...rubbish. The girl next to me slept throughout the exam...but she finished before me #NaijaMagic

  26. This is a show of shame. How can u reduce. Cut off to University to 180. For what reasons I ask.
When I wrote my JAMB 2009,I had 264 and I still wasn't picked to study law which was my first choice!I had to take another course,I am now in 300 level.and the govt had the nerve to reduce it to 180, this is very shameful.later they will say educational standards is falling in Nigeria
