The top comedian who is in Abuja for a comedy show at the Hilton, was involved in an accident a few hours ago. The accident occurred around the central business district and involved two cars, a peugeot 406 and the Sienna car AY was in. Thankfully no one was seriously hurt in the accident.

ReplyDeleteThat Abuja is something else, the rate of accidents is very high, dont know why. They need more speed bumps, and re education on speeding and road safety matters. But then a government that can't protect the lives of its citizens, what more can it do?
ReplyDeleteThank God for everything.

ReplyDeleteAbuja once had a minister called Adamu Aleiro, he introduced speed bumps on Abuja roads but the outcry was so much from residents that he was removed. Now there are no speed breakers on Abuja roads and the rate of fatal accidents have increased and people are asking that speed breakers be re-introduced. Are Nigerians not a difficult lot to govern?
