The music stars were recently made UN ambassadors. Sound Sultan - UN ambassador for peace and Goldie - UN youth ambassador. Same thing? Big congrats to them.

  1. umm i hate how all these stars are being given these titles, yet they achieve and do nothing positive to effect change in the country. Most of them just wear the title like a badge and nothing else. I hope sound sultan proves me wrong, as for Goldie' mthceww i beg please forget that.

  3. Rubbish.i am yet to see a Nigerian entertainer who has done anything to impact the lives of youth after Fela. Personally you don't have to impact youths if you do not want to but if you choose to wear UN title then do what you gotta do. They all wear it and put on their twitter page and do nothing. Mtchewwwww.

  8. UN should go and sit down. Are they now copying Nigeria and her national honors. Nigeria will award National honor to a person meanwhile that same person or Minister is in EFCCs list for having looted billions. Simly because the person may have donated money to PDP while our real Heroes are there wasting.

Sound Sultan well deserved a UN ambassadorship..........What has Goldie done to deserve a UN ambassadorship. Because she has one or two hit tracks and dresses like Lady Gaga she is now a role model

  9. What is the criteria for becoming this UN ambassador?? Every Tom, Dick and Harry is now a UN ambassador for peace. 3 for N10....ish!!!

  10. They are not UN Ambassadors. Stop all these fake announcements that their PR team put out there. A simple verification will be to go to the UN website and search for list of ambassadors. I guarantee you their names will not come up. The UN doesn't just appoint ambassadors in a whim. This scam has to stop and these fake celebs should be careful about touting their fake ambassadorship lest they become exposed. Who appointed them so? Ban Ki moon? Lol! Bloody Liars!
