Video: Woman Gives Birth In The Car While Her Husband Drives

This video shows a live birth, so don't watch if you don't have the stomach for it.

A Texas man was speeding down a long highway trying to get his wife, who was in labor, to the hospital, but the baby pushed her way out, right there in the car! The birth was captured on the new dad's camera, who was driving and recording the birth at the same time.

The birth was quick and easy and the couple say they plan to keep the car so the baby, named Willow, can drive it when she turns 16!!

  7. I thought babies are expected to come out from their mother's womb with blood covered body. How come this baby's body is covered in white substance? could that be ""Daddy's Sperm""?

  28. Naija people are skal about EVERYTHING!!! Gosh!!!! Una see pikin comot with umbilical cord sef wrapped around its neck, una talk film trick?! Eish!

Forget what you see in the movies pls. I've had 2 kids and they come out looking exactly like this, coated in a cream substance... Like cold vegetable oil and the babies have to be scrubbed like crazy to get that stuff off them. The amazing thing is that this baby just popped right outta her.... Lucky lady. I cursed and howled for hours on end before proceeding to push dem babies out. I should be so lucky....

  31. every one looking to see blood am afraid u can not see it coz the baby is coming from the placenta full of water, and mum will only bleed after they remove the placent.

  32. The babies don't all come out with blood on them. Some do but most don't.

  33. babies come out with the white thing called vernix, its protects them from infection while in the womb.

  34. This is great, imagine how she's pull through with the stress of giving birth alone. That woman is strong hearted. I just fell in love with her guts. Rather than scream her head out.

    ReplyDelete
  35. Blood doesn't need to come out with the baby!!! Geez! Nigerians!!! That's the placenta and stuff all over the child.

    ReplyDelete
  36. Why didn't she wrap the baby up in her shirt or her husbands? No matter how warm it is outside, it's never warmer than mummy's womb.Congrats to them!

    ReplyDelete
  37. Ebonyjenny, there is only blood if the woman tears or if the placenta detaches or was cut.

    ReplyDelete
  38. i no believe !!!

  39. Let me be educating you people: The white stuff is called 'Vernix' and it's to prevent the baby's body absorbing too much of the amniotic fluid and also to keep warm. By the time most babies are born this stuff is more or less gone. As you can see, the baby here has it on the head. Sometimes if they are born early that happens as well.

  40. If this is not her first baby, her body already knows what to do. That's when you have people delivering in cars, taxis at home (in most cases). First child labours go quite slowly.

  42. Ppl pls stop showing ur ignorance. Not all babies r covered in blood. My baby came out covered in white from head to toe. I cried cos i was scared he was an albino since my hubby's uncle was one. But after d nurses cleaned him up, it was just another fair baby. So stop being too sceptical.
