  12. On saturday morning, I was discussing with my friend on the substandard materials used in building in Abuja. Most of the houses in Gwarinpa are built with substandard materials, in fact most houses in Abuja are. Assume, there's a small tremor in Abuja, 60% of houses will collapse.
